This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. You should not exceed your prescribed dosage.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.

If your current dosage isn't helping, you may need to try a different medication.
