Lupiclor 12.5mg

My doctor- Cardiologist has prescribed 1/2 tablet in the morning. I am also taking Stamace 5mg. what are side effects if any. How lupiclor 12.5mg controls pressure?

I am 54 years old and having BP 140 / 77. I use seloken xl 50 and S Amcard 5 mg twice daily for the last 5 months . My BP is stabilised. I have also thyroid and using thyronorm 25mg once daily for the last 2 years. TSH is normal and stabilised. The last 3 to 4 months I have both ankles swelling. I have checked kidney profile, hemogram, lever profile, sugar, uric acid, serum protein, everything is normal. My doctor has precribed lupiclor 12.5 mg daily once as direutic along with my other medicine for swelling . My weight is 68kg and I am highly active. Please advice, is it ok to take direutic with existing medicines ? Will there be any side effect ? Ajoy Bag
