Lotrel contains the active ingredients Amlodipine and Benazepril, commonly used to treat high blood pressure.

That said, no, grapefruit or its juice can increase the side effects from this medication, because it can cause your body to absorb more of it than usual and be sensitive to it.

So, you should not consume it, unless your doctor says it is okay for you to do so.
