Lotrel 20 Mg Dosage

I left my medication at home while traveling. If I miss my amlod/benazp cap 10-20mg dosage for three days...is this okay?

No, it may actually be very dangerous, missing several doses of blood pressure medications in a row might result in a rebound effect, which could cause severely elevated blood pressure and heart rate.

You should contact your doctor, or a branch of your pharmacy if there is nearby and see about getting the medication for the days you need while away.
