Losar- H Continue Or Stop The Medication?

I am using Losar H for the last 4 years. I have diabetes and cholesterol problems too. I am taking medicine for the diabetes & cholesterol but now my blood pressure is always normal. So should I continue or stop here with the Losar H?

Rahim, have you consulted your doctor?

Losar-H contains Losartan and Hydrocholorothiazide and it is used to treat hypertension and cardiac conditions.

What levels has your blood pressure been tested at?

There is no cure for high blood pressure and if it is staying at normal levels, it is very likely that you should continue the medication, because it is maintaining it there. A sudden stop could result in rebound effects, which could cause elevated blood pressure and heart rate, which may put you in danger. Therefore, you shouldn't make any changes, before consulting your doctor.

Narendra, since I don't know where you are located, I am not certain what else is available to you or if there is a generic on the market for these. Have you tried asking your doctor or pharmacist?

You can see in my response above the ingredients in the Losar-H.

The Amyral-MP contains Glimepiride and Metformin and the Meganeuron is just a multi vitamin supplement. I'd suggest asking your pharmacist if there are generic equivalents available.
