UpdatedAfter how many days does Losar (25mg) take to work?

I am taking Zosert 50mg for anxiety. I also have to take 2mg Lorazepam as I could not sleep. I've been on a pacemaker for the last 9 yrs. If I do not take Lorazepam my bp increases. My cardiologist suggested Losar 25mg which I am now taking for the past 3 to 4 days. My question is, when it will work so that I'll be able to stop lorazepam slowly?
It will take about 3 to 4 weeks for this medication to reach its full level of efficacy in the body.
The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
