I found a pill in my purse could you tell me if it's a Lora tabling it's has the imprint v 1889 ## Hello, Regina! How are you? Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Does anyone know why Watson generic 10/500mg Lortab is no longer available? I am a chronic pain sufferer and have been on this medication for many years. Now my Pharmacy has changed to a different generic and they do not relieve pain. My Dr. told me to change Pharmacies in order to get the Watson Lortab but other Pharmacies don't carry them either. I just moved to stella MO near Joplin, i dont know the area well, but my oldest son has MD and spinal rods put in his back, he has been in a wheelchair since 3 years old, he is grown now, but i dont know where to take him, he is on lortab, soma and xanax along with many other non narcotics pills. I need to test positive at next appointment on 9/12. My doc abruptly cut my RX from 120 to 60. Needless to say I'm running low. I've held back 6 pills. If I take them as prescribed (1 pill 2xs a day) will I test positive? I was taking Lortab 10-325, went to my doc today and he gave me Lortab 10-500MG, what is the difference? Did I get a stronger pain pill or a weaker one?? ## The only difference is that one has 325 mg tylenol and the other one has 500 mg tylenol. The FDA made manufacturers not put more than 325 mg into the prescription combination medications effective Jan 2014.The FDA recently took steps to withdraw their approval for prescription medications that contain more than 325 mg tylenol. It won't be long before you won't be able to get any prescription drugs with more than 325 mg tylenol. Your dr may have just made a mistake. I am trying to figure out how many 7.5 pills this would equal, and I need to know how to take it, by teaspoon or tablespoon? ## From what I've read, Lortab Elixir (oral solution) is a yellow-colored tropical flavored liquid containing Hydrocodone bitartrate 7.5 mg + Acetaminophen 500 mg "PER 15 mL", w/ 7% alcohol. It is supplied in containers of 1 pint (473 mL). I have been taking pain meds for yrs. and when the lortab 7.5 was changed to norco, I do not get full benefit. My question is where can I get the old lortab 7.5 pill w/the blue specks in it? I don't know what the specks are but they make a difference in my body make-up and I would like to order or fill my scripts wherever I can get them again. how long will 1tab of 7.5 of loratab get out of your system? ## Lortab contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone and, like most other narcotics, the Hydrocodone is detectable for approximately 4 to 5 days, after you last take it. There is, however, no way to give a precise time frame, because it can vary from person to person, depending on your individual metabolism, overall health, activity levels and many other factors. I have a hair test coming up. Does Lortab an Percocet have same ingredients in the same family, on the hair test will both drugs show up as the same. ## They are not the same they have different meds in them specially in a hair test those show everything you've done/taken for quite a long time.

I took one loratab 7.05-45004 @ 7:15 pm, it is now 9:47 pm and I am still in tears because the pain is still so strong. Can I take another loratab now to hopefully ease the pain or should I wait until the next scheduled dose? ## What is the dose of the Lortab? The numbers you've provided don't make any sense. How often have you been directed to take them? Has your dentist checked out this issue? Have rx for lortab and xanax and take them as prescribed but have days that I dont need the max amount and dont take it and some days due to arthritis flares take a couple more doses than usual, or 1 1/2 tab. I have been accused in a divorce case that I abuse rx meds and took a hair folicle test today. I have not abused but wonder how sensitive the test is and if it may look like I was bc of the days that I have taken a bit more than prescribed....Please let me know if I have to worry, surely you would have to take a lot to fail but I'm only 105lbs so am concerned...I am a nurse and take drug test all the time, never had a prob but this is very important to me. What is the difference between Lortab 7.5 and Tramadol 50mg? I have severe pain from severe enamel loss on my teeth due to Gastroesophigal Reflux Disease and have been prescribed pain meds until i can have my teeth extracted. I have been prescribed both of these (not at the same time) and found the Lortab 7.5 to work better to control the pain. I also feel very dizzy while taking the Tramadol and doesn't seem to relieve the pain as much. Any thoughts, suggestions or info? ## The Tramadol is derived from an opiate, but doesn't have the same pain relieving effects, so the Lortab is stronger, because it actually has the narcotic Hydrocodone in it. If you take 3 neurotin is it the same as lortab ## Hello, Silversllider! How are you? No, they are not even close to being the same thing. Lortab contains Acetaminophen coupled with the narcotic Hydrocodone. But Neurontin contains the active ingredient Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that can also help with certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders, so it is not an actual analgesic. You actually need to take it regularly for awhile in order for it to have any therapeutic effect, it won't start working within minutes as a narcotic does. Is there anything else I can help with?

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables while staying hydrated throughout the day will significantly help your body detox quicker.
