Lortab Uds

I need to test positive at next appointment on 9/12. My doc abruptly cut my RX from 120 to 60. Needless to say I'm running low. I've held back 6 pills. If I take them as prescribed (1 pill 2xs a day) will I test positive? Last time I ran low and took one at 4am one at 7am and did uds at 1pm and she said it was negative ????
