What is the difference between 10mg/500mg lortab and 7.5mg/500mg lortab ## The difference in the dosage is simply a higher amount of Hydrocodone (10 mg). Is this in the same family of Diluadid? . ## That stands for Acetaminophen with Hydrocodone, it is generic for Lortab and yes, the Hydrocodone is a narcotic opiate, just like the Hydromorphone in Dilaudid. bought 10 lortabs which seems to be bulls**t, since there is no imprint... ## That sucks - it is extremely difficult to positively ID a pill if it does not have definitive letters/numbers on it. You could always take them to a lab to analyze them but I'm sure it wouldn't be cheap. I'm assuming that you got these from some online pharmacy that shipped it from overseas? Was there any manufacturer on the packaging anywhere, or other details which you could share?

i had problem with my low back pain ## I am sorry, I am not sure what you are asking. There are no tablets that contain 75mgs of the Hydrocodone or the Acetaminophen that makes up Lortab. may be like loratab ## Yes, IP117 is similar to, but not exactly the same as Lortab. white ## Sorry, there is nothing listed under this name. Can you please provide more information about what the pill looks like (I.E. markings, shape)? This way I can better help you locate a description. ## I believe that instead of M35B, the corrected imprint is actually M358 (an 8 instead of a B). There is a white oblong tablet with a score mark on one side and M358 on the other side. This is a narcotic painkiller (generic for Lortab), which contains Hydrocodone 7.5mg + Acetaminophen 500mg.
