What is the difference between 10mg/500mg lortab and 7.5mg/500mg lortab

The difference in the dosage is simply a higher amount of Hydrocodone (10 mg).

Dosages of Hydrocodone are potent and can have a high dependence, which means it may be addictive and must be administered in small proportions.
