I'd like to know more about the medicine Lornoxicam and whether it is a pain killer or if it treats arthritis? Also, does it have any side effects?

Lornoxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
