wish to know product that contain gabapentin300mg+tricolchicoside 4mg+lornoxicam8mg for acute sciatica pain relief as on product to avoid taking them independantly

My wife suffers from chronic sciatica/nuerologic painShe had previously undergone spinal surgery for lubar canal scerolisis.The unending pain in walking and standing could not be remedied, but management remedies that include 3 pain killers namely, gabapentin300mg, lornoxicam8mg and thioclochicoside4mg. , besidesmethycobalamin. in seperate tablets. I wish to replace them with 'all in one tablet/capsules. I wish to know if there is any product including all the above so as to minimise the dosage as single one.
