I got these pills, they came from a very big well-known drug company... But when I took them I let them melt in my mouth and there was no flavor at all. And then there wasn't any effects, nothing at all. Could they have been fake? What is it supposed to feel like? And what is it supposed* to make you feel like? ## Hello, I've personally never used Lorazepam so I'm not sure how the pills are supposed to taste or make you feel. All I can do is provide information about the medication that I hope will be of help. If you were prescribed this medication and picked it up from a reliable pharmacy, there shouldn't be any problems. If you ordered the pills online, there is no way to know for sure if they are safe or good quality. Based on my research, Lorazepam is a benzodiazepin...

I have been taking Sandoz 1 MG for last month and I felt terrible, on same starting last night and feel 100% better - any ideas as to what is going on? ## There can be slight fluctuations among generic medications. If there was a slight difference and you've been taking it for over a month now, it makes perfect sense, because that is about how long it would take for your body to adjust to the new dosage. Learn more Ativan details here. Are you normally sensitive to medications? Usually the people that are end up being those that have such reactions to these fluctuations. I am the same way.

How often should I be taking it? ## Depending on the dosage form (I.V. or tablet) and what you're taking it for, the instructions for dosing and administration can vary greatly. So unfortunately I can't really tell you how often or how much you should be taking without those details. Usually this is something you would want to ask your doctor as he or she prescribes you the medication. So I was recently prescribed lorazepam (Ativan) (1mg), and took it this morning. This was the third day I had taken it. The first two times, I had no problem. It worked great. But today, I found myself unbelievably sleepy and had to leave class and come home and sleep. I never had this problem before. Granted, I had a bad night of sleep last night, but woke up fine… until I took the Ativan. Any thoughts here as to how to avoid the sleepiness that it may bring next time? Please don't say "get a better night's rest", because that is not the only reason here. But anything else is appreciated!! ## I can't take Lorazepam because it snows me & makes me so so tired. But I would suggest you break it in half. You can always take the other half anytime if...

I take Loraz. daily-for years. my U.A. always come back negative. WHY?? ## @sam, Although it seems uncommon, I've actually heard of this happening to other people as well. Except in their case, the pill just passed through their system without even getting metabolized and ended up in their stool. I wonder if this could be the case with your situation too...? Are you feeling the effects of the medication at all? Perhaps one or more of the inactive ingredients are causing it to filter through your system differently. Other than that I don't really have a logical explanation as to why this would happen. Maybe you just have to adjust the timing of your dose to correspond with an upcoming drug test so that you're actually taking the drug test while you're at the peak of it...

I take three 1 mg Lorazepam (Ativan) each day. I also take three 7.5 hydrocodone daily and bp meds, cholesterol meds antacid, Mobic and benadryl - all daily. I had to take a drug screen for my dr because the two controlled sub must show up in my system for him to keep prescribing them to me. The Lorazepam (he said should have shown up as a benzo) was not in my system for a urine screening or blood test. He is not going to prescribe this for me anymore and I have been on this medication for many years - what could have caused this and what should I do? ## I cannot answer thequestion but can attest. Ive taken 1mg at night for 12 years. even though i do not fill it as scheduled because it is for 1 mg three times a day as needed so i dont need to. I took 1 mg at 7pm and it failed to show in...
