Longterm 2 Mg Suboxone Film Issues?
UpdatedI've been getting sick( ie starting to experience various symptoms) most days every day for some time. I have a doctor that has me on a diet pill, fluid pill, birth control, liothyronin, and Suboxone about 2 yrs ago. I dose once a day.
Before I go forward, I eliminated one potential problem now. Through diet and exercise I have lost quite a few inches and probably lbs. I haven't weighed myself but others tell me I look like I've lost weights and I now fit in smaller sizes.
I'm 23 year old female, 5 4" generally get lots of sleep (only with ambien and melatonin though) These symptoms have begun effecting my life and I have had to drop many classes costing 10's of thousands of dollars and lots of self esteem and basically the esteem of those around me.
The best way I can describe these symptoms as nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, elevated heart rate, "feeling" my heart beat in my head, neck and/or belly, fatigue at 11-6, goosebumps, feeling "hot" internally with skin that's cool to the touch, with excessive sweating, sensitivity to cold but very superficial sensitivity, feels like hot flashes separated by periods of chills. And of course I can't sleep at night. When I'm experiencing all of this I almost literally can't get out of bed, let alone study. When I stand up my heart starts pounding and thudding hard and things start to look shiney. Sometimes I have to sit back down and catch my breath before moving on.. It's happening already this semester. I have been extremely ashamed by all of this and thought it was mostly laziness on my part or psychological but today I really felt it and knew it wasn't just dehydration or sleep or nutrient depravation or depression, there's something really wrong. I work out harder than any girl I know right now. I don't have much artificial flavoring or sugar or processed wheat.
I've been having sever mood swings and it's been a huge detriment to my family despite seeing therapists, shrinks, general practioners. I think I've been looking at all of this backwards, I think my psychological highs and lows are a function of my stresses related to my health and my frustration and confusion surrounding my inability to get things done.
In my research I saw no evidence of this stuff being related to Suboxone when dosing constantly. But I think that I'm on such a low dose that if the doses aren't exact or have degraded in humidity before I take them then I experience symptoms like this. I don't know if it's true or not but the only way to find out is to try.
I notice if I take the phentramin these symptoms are exaggerated.
I found a description of how to detox. I start at about week 14, week 15. But I want to accelerate the process as I'm worried about my actual health.
I just think I need to stop and bite the bullet. I want to taper for 2 weeks of daily doses and then 2 weeks of every other day and then stop.
I have got to try to do this, I really don't see any other option. I can't afford to fail anymore and I can see I'm on that path. At 12:47 pm today I came home from school because I needed to lay down. I had to skip 2 classes. This has been happening on average twice a week in addition to just laying in bed most weekends. Improving my fitness hasn't improved the condition either. I've improved my mile time by almost three minutes and run on average 12 miles a week in addition to lifting weights.
Can anyone else relate? Has anything in particular helped? Is it actually mind over matter and I really am just lazy and undisciplined? Contributing factors to this realm of thought come from my allowing myself to become overweight at the ages of 21-23 etc.
Is it the fluid pill and phentermine??? Idk what to do pleeeeeease someone give me a heads up.

Hello, Michelle! How are you? I am very sorry about the problems you're having.
Why are you not the fluid pill? Some of the symptoms you describe, such as getting dizzy when standing, feeling cold and etc. may be due to dehydration, which it can cause.
And the Phentermine is a stimulant, so it could be causing the palpitations, trouble sleeping, sweating and a few other symptoms, as well.
