Lofecam contains the active ingredient Lornoxicam, which means it is neither of the options that you suggested. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
