Yes, those can all be side effects of Lisinopril with Hydrochlorthiazide, which is commonly used to treat high blood pressure and cardiac conditions.

I started this medication less than a month ago and since then I noticed the fatigue and a pressure around the back of my head at about ear level. I went to my doctor because i thought my blood pressure was too low one day (109/63). They said It was ok and to start taking it at night. So I have. Now if I get 5 hours of sleep a night I'm lucky. I go to sleep around 11 and if I wake Up (usually 4-5 hours later) I toss until time to get up for work. Last night I was awakened 1 hour after I fell asleep, took a pill to help me fall back asleep, and still tossed all night. Any ideas on what I can do?

I've been taking Lisinopril-hctz (10mg-12.5mg) for 9yrs and just started getting headaches. My Dr today upped the dose to 20mg. Will I notice anything different like side effects or anything like racing heart, etc.? I'm just nervous when it comes to new meds... Thanks.
