i haye been taking lisinop/hctz20-25 for two days and i have felt faint all day

I have been taking HYZAAR 50.12.5 . Only 1/2 tab a day. I have developed pain in the muscles joints, behind the knees and elbow. My vains and numbness in my hands with tingling like they are waking up from the circulation being cut off. Could this be a side effect of this medication??

The medication made my tounge swell on more than one occation and made breathing hard.

I take Lisiniprol....generic of zestoretic for my high blood pressure. I have had no problems with it.

Yes, they are the same thing, Lisinop is just an abbreviation, I think one generic company used that as the name for their version of the product. After a med is released for generic production, generally after it has been on the market for about 5 years, other companies that make it can name it something if they wish, or just call it by the generic name, which is the pharmaceutical term for the active ingredient.

Yes, I to started couching a lot. i couldn't hold down food often. Some times it felt like something was in my throat. My doctor took me off of it.

i previously took lisinopril for high blood pressure and had to be taken off of it becuase I experienced swollen lips and throat almost every other month or two. I wasn't made aware of this until about 2 months ago I had to go to the ER because I was experiencing severe swelling of my throat and was hard for me to breathe thats when the ER physician informed me that it was probably the lisinopril causes the swelling even though I had been taking it for over 2 years.

I was checking on info concerning Lisinop because it seems I too am hungry all the time plus even when I am careful with what I eat and excersise, I still gain weight.

I am taking LISINOP/HCTZ 20MG and CLONIDINE 0.01MG and since I have been I am very nausea, dizziness and aches and pain. Should I be taking both of these for high blood pressure?

I have been on Lisinop/hctz 10-12 for two weeks. The pharmacist told me about the tickle-cough, which I do have. But how long does the med take to start lowering blood pressure. My numbers have been jumping all over.
