Thyroid hormone, T3 (liothyronine) without Talc

Does anybody know if there is a liothyronine without Talc in it as an inactive ingredient? I have allergic reactions or side effects of Talc as a filler in medicine, causing fever, dehydration, choking (breathing problem). So I take medicine without it. Synthroid has it in it so I take generic Levo in the U.S. (it seems that all generic does not contain talc as I tried my manufacturer's levo) Cytome (T3) has Talc in it too so I asked my doctor to prescribe generic T3, but unfortunately my generic lionthyronine from Rite Aid has talc in it. ## The best thing to do is to inform your pharmacist of your allergy, to ensure that it's noted in your file, and they can avoid providing you with medications that contain it, in the future. WHITE pill with 5 then 220 imprinted

small round white pill with 5 then 220 imprinted i it ## This tablet is manufactured by Paddock Laboratories and they report that it contains 5mcgs of Liothyronine, which is is used to treat Thyroid disorders. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, hair loss, headache, weight changes, and mood changes. Is there anything else I can help with?

Pill with 5 over 220 white, small round ## I would like to know what those are too, but did not see any replies. ## These tablets contain 5mgs of Liothyronine, a generic for Cytomel, this is a thyroid hormone. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, weight loss and excessive sweating. Is this for under active thyroid

I started taking this medicine 3 weeks ago and wondering if it is suppose to make me gain weight? ## Hello, Lily! How are you? Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache and palpitations. Is there anything else I can help with?

Small White Oblong Pill M L On One Side And 12 Other

Small, dainty football shaped white pill. It is vertically scored through the center and has a capital M on one side of the score and a capital L on the other. The other side of the pill has the number 12. I believe it may be a thyroid pill such as a generic cytamel but cannot find it on line. ## Yes, it is a tablet that's used to treat thyroid disorders.
