Linzess No Longer Working After 2 Weeks

I have been on Linzess 145 mg for a month. it worked great the first 2 weeks and now it just stopped. I don't know if my body got use to it already or what could cause it.

I'd suggest talking to your doctor, you may need to try something else.

Yes I've been taking it on an empty stomach & I've even doubled the dosage & it doesn't work. I finally resorted to taking Milk of magnesia nstead because I was so miserable

Actually, that has been a very common complaint from people that have tried it. However, there is a higher dosage that you can try, so you may want to speak to your doctor about prescribing it.

Typical side effects to this medication may include stomach pain, nausea, gas or bloating.
