Linzess And Levothyroxine Together

How much time is needed between dosages of levothyroxine and linzess? I also take metformin.

Hi Lynn,

According to the University of Maryland Medical Center (umm.edu / drug interaction tool), there are no interactions or contraindications listed between Levothyroxine, Linzess or Metformin.

While this doesn't necessarily mean that no interactions exist, it is my own personal opinion that a time gap between dosing isn't required.

Nevertheless, I still feel that you should contact your prescribing doctor if you have any concerns about what he/she has recommended for you.
