I foung one of these pills in my daughter's car floor. Can you please tell me what this may be?

This tablet contains 15mgs of Meloxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
