Hi if you maybe are from SA the blue oval pill that is marked C25 end has a line to show where you can halve it on the other side might be called Mybulen it is used for Relief of pain and fever

Also from SA Martha. I found my container for this C25 blue tablet. It is MYBULEN and is 20 mm long.
It's a good pain tablet and is I am told a generic of Myprodol. They have the same ingredients. As is GenPain a generic of Myprodol. Don't know why it has to be so big. Probably all the filler stuff.

C25 Mybulen, contains the following:
Ibuprofen 200 mg
Paracetamol 350 mg
Codeine Phosphate 10 mg
Mainly used as a painkiller / anti-inflammatory pill. Does not increase your libido; however, takes away the headache which is the main excuse for non-performance.

It is for the relief of pain and fevers. They are called Mybulen. They contain ibuprofen, codeine phosphate, paracetamol and are sugar-free.
