I've found a light blue, oblong, fairly large (approx 20mm wide) pill. C25 embossed on one side, and a line dividing it in two on the other side.

It is 100% mybulen. For pain and anti-inflammatory effects. I was prescribed it as one of my meds when I was in hospital for severe burns. (On top of all the morphine and prafalgin drips hahaha)
It works great, however you shouldn't use it for the average pain (that's for paracetamol etc).
Nothing sinister. However, it usually doesn't come in it's own packaging, rather it is administered into those grey circular bottles by the chemist. Hence, why it can look sinister out of the bottle

Don't stress everybody, I found this pale blue C25 pill lurking at home & also freaked out (despite being on benzos myself) and guess what. Turns out it really is Mybulen. I know because I went and looked in the Mybulen bottle. I was hoping for a giant benzo, but no such luck.

How can you take a pill that you not sure of side effects? What ingredients are inside the pill? Please be careful to loose your libido for ever. legal drugs should have pamphlet inside for your info.

If from South Africa these are a generic Myprodol. Also lost packaging and after reading these posts I remembered getting generic myprodol anti inflammatory tabs.

It is for the relief of pain and fevers. They are called Mybulen. They contain ibuprofen, codeine phosphate, paracetamol and are sugar-free.

C25 Mybulen, contains the following:
Ibuprofen 200 mg
Paracetamol 350 mg
Codeine Phosphate 10 mg
Mainly used as a painkiller / anti-inflammatory pill. Does not increase your libido; however, takes away the headache which is the main excuse for non-performance.

Also from SA Martha. I found my container for this C25 blue tablet. It is MYBULEN and is 20 mm long.
It's a good pain tablet and is I am told a generic of Myprodol. They have the same ingredients. As is GenPain a generic of Myprodol. Don't know why it has to be so big. Probably all the filler stuff.
