Lexington, Ky Pain Dr Needed Accepts Passport Insurance
UpdatedI'm a 28 year old in filing for disability with severe depression a anxiety as well as
Arthritis and fibromyalgia. I'm unable to work and have been on the dose of 10/325 mg Lortab two times a day #60 a month. My pcp has been prescribing it since I was dismissed on good terms with my pain dr since no spinal procedures to block pain helped and he didn't just so scripts. My pcp is no longer covered under my insurance and so I'm looking for a pain dr who accepts passport Medicaid insurance and would prescribe this type of medication. Ice been at two pills a day for 4 years but wanted to increase to 3 and my dr won't allow this. Any help appreciated
