Lexamil Medication And Smoking

I have been prescribed Lexamil 10mg which I started taking today. My GP prescribed it for a month. I am a smoker and just want to know if I can smoke while taking Lexamil? I do want to stop but I need to get my anxiety and depression under control first.

There is nothing saying that you must stop smoking, while taking this medication. You are well aware, I'm sure how bad it is for your health and will stop, once you are feeling better.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.

Just make sure your doctor is aware that you smoke and how much.
