Lexamil Essitalopram 5mg

iam on lexamil 5mg and fluanxol 1.0mg treatment i will like to know which one must i used at day time and which one at nigth

Hi my name is Michelle im currently on lexamil 5mg,
i have GAD=general anxiety disorder and i want to know when do i realise i should go to a stronger dosage?in the beginning usage made a major difference and i felt happy and complete but after a month and half of using the 5mg im starting to be worried again and i feel half empty can someone please advise me thank you
