I recently underwent an Endoscopy the doctor prescribed me Omez Insta SACHET (20MG) and Lesuride 25 mg I feel light pain in my chest Does any of these medicines have any side effect

Of course they do, all medications carry the risk of side effects, even over the counter products.

The Omez Insta Sachet contains Omeprazole and Sodium Bicarbonate, it's used to lower the amount of stomach acid that you produce.

Lesuride contains the active ingredient Levosulpiride, which is sometimes used to treat dyspepsia and other gastrointestinal disturbances.

That said, if I had to guess at the one most likely to be causing the problem you're experiencing, I'd be most suspicious of the Omeprazole.

However, since it is chest pain, you really should see your doctor to be safe, because it could also be a more serious and dangerous health problem.
