can i already take lecit e? im a 16 year old college student

This is just a nutritional supplement that contains Vitamin E, so there is no age limit, though it may be too much for a very young child or infant.

However, at 16 there shouldn't be any harm in taking it, as long as you've made sure with your doctor that it's safe for you to do so.

just only suggested from my friend , taking Lecit-E without visiting any doctor , would it be safe for me ? im only 16 years old. i will look forward for a response .. thanks
