Leading Pharma Lorazepam Reviews

I am really confused about everyone's posts concerning the leading brand Lorazepam. I have been taking the generic form of Lorazepam 2mg for 25 years. I've used every kind, from Watson to the current leading one. It appears that the sugary taste is the primary issue for everyone here.
The amount of negative reviews about this company is absurd. They are no different than any other generic Lorazepam; they work the same. The only difference in this pill is the inactive ingredient, which contains potassium, and that's why the pill tastes like sugar.
However, my point is, if you are a long-term user of benzos, you would have all ended up withdrawing and possibly seizing if the pill really didn't contain the main ingredient. The ER doctor would have been the first to report this pharmacy if your illness had anything to do with it. A negative review does nothing to persuade a discontinued manufacturer to bring back the generic form that any of us got comfortable with.
A Lorazepam is a Lorazepam, and the Leading Pharma Lorazepam is the same as any Lorazepam. It functions just like the rest.

Re: vern please help (# 120)
Hey Vern, I completely understand your anxiety. Are you able to send a message to your prescribing Dr/nurse and explain how the Leading brand doesn’t work? If other pharmacies in your area don’t have another generic for lorazepam, there may be other generic options for the 2 mg lorazepam (if your prescriber can change your dose from 1 to 2). I don’t have my bottle in front of me but that’s what my therapist did so we could avoid the Leading 1 mg that every pharmacy seems to carry. I hope you can figure something out! I’ve been there.
Re: vern please help (# 120)
Have you tried a local pharmacy. Even if they don’t carry it, they may be able to special order. And maybe try Amazon, they usually carry a couple of manufacturers. I’m getting Aurobindo from my local pharmacy, not the greatest, but better than Leading. Good luck to you!
so youve taken leading pharma for 25 years. If theres no harm taking it why has it been recalled by the hundreds of thousands since january of 2025 and is still in the process of being recalled.its poison and does not work.its like taking nothing at all.be prepaired for seizures and death.
I'm 77 and have been taking Teva or Mylan for several years. When my 90 days of Teva is gone probably so will I. Leading pharma brand of lorazepam is totally poison, garbage. Didn't sleep for 7 days because leading pharma was ordered because that's all that my local pharmacies carry. Don't these pharmacies realize that thousands of boxes of lorazepam have been recalled? It doesn't work and I almost had a grand mall seizure. Also liver and kidney cancer has developed in leading pharma takers. Anyone know how I can get Teva Lorazepam? Please write back, I'm desperate.
Leading is garbage. They are not all the same.
Re: Henry (# 115)
First few days taking it, I always need a few days of adjustment with a new manufacturer. But, so far, so good. Will keep you posted.
Re: Leebs (# 113)
Found the label on DailyMed (NDC 63304-774-90). It's manufactured by Ohm Laboratories in NJ for Sun Pharmaceutical. Have you taken it yet? What's the verdict?
Re: Leebs (# 113)
I never heard of it until your post. Seems like another New Jersey lorazepam is on the market (the other from Fairfield, NJ- Leading Pharma)....let us know how it works for you as I'm sure with Teva & Leading having ingredient shortages at the moment and Teva shipping cut back as they did last December we may be seeing more Sun Pharma products in the pharnacirs soon. Happy New Year everyone!
I have been taking Leading Mfg Lorazepam for several months, initially had to adjust, but it worked ok. Went to pick up my script today and it is from Sun Pharma. Never had these before, does anyone have any experience with them. Apparently they are manufactured in New Jersey. Any thoughts?
