I've only used this for 3 days, nd within these 3days I've felt anxiety. Is this normal?

Yes, it can cause that, due to the fact that Sibutramine is a stimulant that's used to help aid in weight loss.

It was removed from the market in the U.S. and Canada in 2010 due to the severe risk it creates of cardiac risks.
