Lupin Pharmaceuticals lists this as containing 10mgs of Amlodipine, and 20mgs of Benazepril, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
