I have a pain in my neck due to reversal of curvature in the cervical, Doctor had asked me to take proxym 300 for a week, but I have been taking the tablet once a day for last 4-5 months, it helps in the pain of my neck. Is it dangerous? can there be some major side effects if I continue taking the same daily?

Hello, Rajank! How are you?
One of the active ingredients in this medication is Etodolac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Long-term use of it could cause stomach ulceration, increased risk of bleeding and liver damage.
Have you consulted your doctor? That would be the best thing to do, so they can look into the safety of you taking it for a longer period of time.
What can be the side effects of Proxym 300 taken for a prolonged time, say if we take one tablet daily - what would be the side effects?
