Loestrin 24 Fe Missed Period..help? (Page 2)

I’ve been in Loestrinf for 5 months now, always take the pill at the same time every day. This month I didn’t get my period. I missed one of the white pills one day, but I read in the information of the pill that it does not matter and that one does not have to use another contraceptive method. I still did not have sex for a week after I forgot to take that pill. I always have unprotected sex and my bf always finishes inside me. I have never had a problem before. So again, this month I did not get my period so I took three pregnancy tests. One I took it the day after I started the sugar pills, the other one I took it more or less three days into the sugar pills and the third one I took it after I had finish the sugar pills. All three came negative, but I still have that though in my mind if im pregnant.. Any help?

I've been on LoEstrin since September...for the first couple of months my periods were still way out of wack...come February...they essentially stopped complety except for the occasional spotting here and there...since February I'd say I've had two period's...each lasting like two days, but it being barely nothing.

When I saw my Gyno in late March, I asked him about it, he said it was perfectly normal for this to happen, that with Loestrin periods normally stopped.

So essentially you are fine! It kind of sucks when you are having sex not getting a period...but it is really awesome if you ask me!

If three pregnancy tests have been negative and you didn't miss any tablets, then the chances that you are pregnant are very low. There is, of course, always a possibility, but it's not very likely.

These are hormonal based contraceptives, so it can be normal to experience menstrual irregularities.
