Just to confirm, located the blue pill you have to be Lisinopril (10 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg).

These two drugs are respectively a combination of a diuretic and an ACE inhibitor, to control hypertension.

Being that I am located in the US, It is very difficult to determine whether or not something is available for purchase in India (or any other country for that matter), as my internet research can only go so far compared to being there. Based on your questions, I am assuming you are located in India, but do you have access to any pharmacies or medical facilities in your area? If you do, I would suggest asking someone working their who certainly will be able to access and provide more information than I personally can.

Hopefully someone else on these forums is located in India and can answer this better than I can. Personally I would just approach someone in your area, because you never know how long you have to wait for someone else from India to reply to this.
