I cannot find an identification for this exact marking.

However, I can tell you that pills marked with an L followed by three additional numbers are over the counter products. They are manufactured by LNK International and are sold in many countries as generics or store brands of these over the counter products.

That also explains why I can't find a listing for it, OTC items are not required to have the imprints logged, like prescription medications are.

Does anyone else possibly know what this one is?
