However, in most cases, Acetaminophen/Tylenol is generally considered safe while pregnant and is the preferred medication for a woman to use to treat headaches, as well as other aches and pains.
But there can be some instances where it may be contraindicated and it may not be safe to take if the woman is on some medications, which is why she should always consult her doctor.
