Oblong, yellow with imprint
ETH 309 on one side which has a line that would cut the pill in half.
The other side is divided into 3 sections and each has a 5 imprinted on it

This is 15mg Buspirone, or name brand Buspar. It is a benzodiazepine, used to help calm nerves, for anxiety, panick attacks, some types of seizure disorders and convulsions. Side effects include dizziness, headache, nausea, among other side effects.
