Even though you may have stopped taking Tylenol, the Vicodin you are taking 1 a day contains 500mg of Acetaminophen; which is the main ingredient in Tylenol.
I'm no doctor, so I'm not certain what's going on in your system, but you may be better off switching to Oxycodone or something that doesn't contain Acetaminophen. Your doctor should be able to give you an answer as to why your body is reacting the way it is.
