can I know the mechanism of action and the suitable dose? I am a doctor from egypt and i need to know these informations to help me in discribing it for other patients.

My wife is 53 years old with a kidney problem. Her blood urea is 140, creatinine 6.4, Hb 8, & ESR 70. She uses Ketosteril 1+1+1=3 per day for the last two months. Please advise medicine for reducing urea & creatinine levels.
