The Ketorolac and Diclofenac are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, the Lidocaine is a topical pain reliever, the Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant and the Ketamine is usually used for pain relief in these, as well.

Thus, it's hard to say which one may have caused the reaction, or it may just be from one of the excipients.
