Kerago Rip Off

Kerago is a rip off!!! I ordered the product online while serving in Afghanistan, the product came after 14 days on top of that I was unaware I was going to be charged $87 if I did not cancel within the 14 days. The first day I stayed on hold for nearly one hour, I don't have that kind of time and the operator on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. Don't waste your money or time on this company.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Keragro. I don't know if you've seen any of the other Keragro Related Discussion Threads on this site, but several other people have been scammed through this company as well. Fortunately there are some things you can do to prevent them from making additional charges to your account. One suggestion is to contact your bank and inform them of their fraudulent activity so they can put a block on charges coming from them. Another is to simply order a new debit/credit card with different numbers.

In some of the related threads, people have also posted ways for you to report Keragro to agencies who will investigate their activity and hopefully shut them down before more people fall into this trap.

And last but not least, thank you for serving our country! You certainly deserve much better service than Keragro has to offer!
