First of all, I not only did some research on KeraGro but I also called customer service to make sure I was covering all my bases. The woman I spoke with from customer service told me I would not be charged additionally after the $4.95 in shipping and handling if I were to cancel my account before 14 days. I called to cancel my account the DAY AFTER I RECEIVED the bottle and a different lady in customer service told me I could either send the bottle back or get charged $38 for the trail-bottle. I was blatantly lied to and misinformed. I believe these are grounds to sue. ## This company is a complete scam. I called on the 14th day to cancel. Ok so ATTENTION to people who are looking at keragro hair pills - DONT BUY THEM! I REPEAT DONT BUY THEM ! So stupid they charge you just shipping which is 4.95 and say it's a free trial but what you don't know is they charge you $88 if you don't cancel within the 14 days !!! Then it's impossible to receive customer service ! Then when you finally get a hold of them they tell you to send back the bottle within 2 days ! There's no way a package can get sent back within 2 days ! So I had to pay 27 bucks for the bottle I already have just so I wouldn't get charged 88 bucks... its a SCAM ! I'm so pissed right now...

I don't see any difference and when I tried to cancel the first month supplements (during my 2 week trial) I could never get ahold of the company, I sat on hold 4 times for about 15 minutes, then was hung up on. when I finally did talk to someone they told me it was too late to cancel and that I had already been charged $90 for the first month of supplements, I told her I wanted my money back and I would send back the product, she said she can't. I asked to speak with the manager, she told me it would be a 45-50 minute wait; at this time I had already been on the phone for over 20 minutes. I ordered the pills well over a month ago they have been sitting in my room at my parents house my mom finally brought them too me because I live an hr and a half away from them now. I had read these reviews after I had bought the bottle. Oops on my part. So I waited and received the bottle, never opened it and called the company. Other than the fact I waited for 15 minutes and the women on the other end of the line spoke poor english I received my RMA number, taped up the package and sent it back. I haven't been charged since. To those of you that want to return it. It goes back to the same address that it came from. Them saying you need a "special address", is a bunch of bull. You will although need to call them and get the RMA number. Just write it on the package then and return to sender. DON"T USE myKERAGRO. They have AWFUL customer service, inaccurate terms and conditions and the product is very overpriced. They made it a nightmare to return the product. I completely agree with what everyone is saying about Keragrow, I fell for the scam too. If I could HIGHLY recommend something, it would be to call the Federal Trade Commission. I just got off the phone with them, they are very nice, and file a complaint against the company. Unfortunately, we can complain and acknowledge how bad of a company they are (which is true), or we can do something about it. The FTC makes their cases against the complaints they get from citizens. Keragro is terrible on many levels. 1. 99.9% customer service reps are rude as hell 2. The mobile website doesn't contain all the info 3. The product doesn't really even work. & 4. They clearly aren't satisfying their customers. I had tried to cancel 3 times within the 14 day trial & was told I couldn't till I physically received the product. I was charged the $87 today. I will never ever order from Keragro ever again. They are a sketchy website that sends your "Free Trial" without telling you that you can't "simply" cancel the trial....I waited patiently for help and then was hung up on after being treated very poorly by their phone staff. Finally, I was directed to either send the bottle of pills back to them, or they could bill me the $87.00 right there.
