RIP OFF. I REGRET ORDERING THEIR PRODUCT. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $88 IF YOU DON'T CANCEL THE "FREE" TRIAL. A SCAM BECAUSE I HAVEN'T EVEN GOTTEN THE PRODUCT & THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $30 FOR CANCELING & CLOSING OUT THE ACCOUNT. PLUS THE STAFF IS VERYYY RUDE & OBNOXIOUS!!

There have actually been several recent Keragro Discussion Threads that came up over the past two weeks or so, and it looks like everyone else has also had similar experiences with their cards getting excess charges and/or arguing with rude representatives.

They are definitely one of those "scam" companies you ought to steer clear of if you're on the search for hair products. For all we know, the ingredients may even not be what they say they are as well; based on their current track record.

Do you know of anyone who's managed to get their money back?

They sure are. I last night saw the $4.95 cost advertised on facebook and immediately went to their site. They were giving the product for free. well it wouldn't go through after entering my info. So, within seconds I get an unknown call asking for me. And the dang lady was so rude and aggressive asking for me. So you know what happened. She was released.
