it seems that the medicine does not show the required response. Inspite of taking it regulary the sugar level does not come down . The present readfing measured was 329 taken for fasting.

Jalra contains the active ingredient Vidagliptin, it is used to help lower and control blood sugar.

Actually, there are two things that could be causing this problem.

The first is that this just may not be the right medication for you. Not all medications work for everyone that tries them and, in these instances, the person has to try something else. This is true of any medication.

The second is your diet, are you watching what you eat? If you aren't and are just eating whatever you want, with no concern for the amount of fats and sugars that your food contains, then you are defeating the purpose of the medication and it can't work as well as it is supposed to.

Another factor that you have to take into consideration, if you are diabetic is how long you were fasting. This is actually not recommended for diabetics, because after a certain period of time, their body will start to feed on itself, by pulling sugars from the cells and this can cause dangerous high blood sugar levels.

Sir, My name Satya 36M, suffering with BP + diabetics from 6yrs. I am using Trigluin-2mg 1-0-1 and Telma AM.
From past 3months my sugar levels are not in correct levels. Doctor suggested to use Jalra-M 1-0-1. Any other methods available to bring down sugar levels.
My Sugar level : fasting : 298
