The R logo is used by Actavis Pharmaceuticals, and this tablet was repackaged and distributed by Prepak Systems. NDC code: 67544-0412 They list it as containing 2mgs of Clonazepam, a generic for Klonopin, which is a benzodiazepine that is used to treat anxiety, and nervous disorders.
