Hello, Hadi! How are you? Sorry about the surgery.
Since Suboxone contains both Buprenorphine and Naloxone, I am not sure about it's safety in such a situation.
What has your doctor advised? The opiate in it can act as a depressant that lowers heart rate and blood pressure, so it may not mix well with the other medications that you're taking. It can also be habit forming.
