Is A Saliva Drug Test More Accurate Than Urine Test?

My Suboxone doctor checks my levels and now wants to do a cheek swab test. How long can Suboxone be detected by swab and how long in urine? Is the cheek swab much more accurate? And if so, if I'm supposed to take 3 a day and I take 2, can he be able to tell that?

The Buprenorphine in Suboxone is usually detectable in urine for approximately 7 days and in saliva for approximately 3.

The regular instant read tests aren't going to tell him your levels of it, but there are tests that he can use to check them.
