Is Tylenol Pm Considered A Blood Thinner?

I need to sleep. I've been having problems sleeping. I am having back surgery in a few days and cannot take blood thinners. Can I take Tylenol PM?

No, it is not a blood thinner, the manufacturer lists it as containing Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and drowsiness.
