Is Tylenol Pm Considered A Blood Thinner?
UpdatedI need to sleep. I've been having problems sleeping. I am having back surgery in a few days and cannot take blood thinners. Can I take Tylenol PM?

No, it is not a blood thinner, the manufacturer lists it as containing Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and drowsiness.
However, it is always best to double check with your doctor, before taking anything, before surgery.
Is there anything else I can help with?
