Is Pan D Side Safe During Pregnancy

I am 16 weeks pregnant and suffering with severe vomitings,acidity and heart burn.My doctor has prescribed Zofer and Pan D to control vomitings and acidity.
I just wanted to check if it is safe to take pan D during pregnancy,and also if there are any side effects for the same.

Pan-D contains the active ingredients Pantoprazole and Domperidone, while neither have been shown to cause risk to the baby, there have actually been no controlled studies done in humans to establish that.
